SkyBet was looking for ways to identify issues with responsible gaming. They wanted to create a dashboard that visualises various statistics from their internal tools in a single overview.
Tribus Digital created the concept and design – I was commissioned to build the frontend of the application in React with a mockup backend.
Support team members can lookup users to get an overview of their behaviour across their various products.
Various statistics of a user and his/her behaviour are displayed.
Financial transactions are visualised over time.
Payment methods with their respective usage details are displayed.
Communication with the customer is bundled, together with various restrictive measures that can be applied by the support team.
